MOSCOW, Jan 31 (PRIME) – The European natural gas storages are 39% full, including 20% left after pumping in the summer season of 2021, Gazprom said in a statement on Monday.

"Less than 20% of the gas pumped in the summer remain in the European underground storages,” Gazprom said on its Telegram channel.

“According to Gas Infrastructure Europe, the amount of active gas in the European underground storages fell by 27.3% (14.4 billion cubic meters) as compared with last year's level. Over four fifth of the amount pumped in the summer season was taken."
